When did these two become best friends? I like them both, but was just a little surprised to see them twittering back and forth about their outings together when Ciara was in LA for a few days.
And why did Ciara braid her hair?… she looks like she just came back from Mexico or needed a quick hair style while she was waiting to get her hair done.

Outside of the outfit, Ciara looks like she just got outta jail. She’s so skinny and frail
I love her though…but I’mma need for her to do a bit more to her appearance before stepping out.
